An Exmoor Farmhouse Full of Olde Worlde Charm

Partridge Arms Farm is a family run bed and breakfast establishment situated on the southern foothills of Exmoor National Park. It offers traditional fare in the Olde Worlde Devon longhouse where dinners are also served.
Partridge Arms was
was once a coaching inn and the original bar is open to residents. The comfortable bedrooms have en-suite facilities and one even has an imposing four poster bed. Children can be catered for and pets are welcome to stay in the bedrooms with the guests.
Things to do at Partridge Arms Farm
Partridge Arms farm is an ideal place for exploring Exmoor National Park and the North Devon and West Somerset Coastal Resorts, either by car or on foot.
There is half a mile of trout fishing on the farm, and other lake and river fishing nearby.
Riding and pony trekking is available locally. Horses can be accomodated in stabling nearby and there is fabulous riding all around the local vicinity.

A Self-catering Railway Carriage |

For those who want to enjoy a break in more unusual circumstances, Partridge Arms Farm also has a converted, self-catering railway carriage.
The carriage is situated on an old railway line and, as well as being fully-equipped, it sleeps up to 6 people.
Dogs are welcome to stay in the carriage with guests and the railway line offers a delightful and fascinating walk for pets and their owners.

Exceptional Dog Walking |
The dog walking at Partridge Arms Farm is second to none. There are 200 acres of surrounding farmland that dogs can explore (some of the fields may contain sheep), as well as a lovely walk along an old railway line. Exmoor National Park also provides fabulous walking opportunities on open moorland (Anstey Common and Molland Common are the closest), alongside beautiful rivers and within ancient forestry. It's also possible to exercise dogs at Tarr Steps which is nearby. |
