After a huge success last year, we are offering holidays for both able-bodied and disabled riders to experience a dude ranch in Arizona.
This unique ranch is completely handicapped accessible. Guests can choose to experience trail rides in the desert or enjoy riding in the arena. Riders will also benefit full use of the facilities on the ranch including a swimming pool, hot tub and a variety of games and be entertained by the staff and the wranglers.*The ranch has been visited and inspected by a member of the Riding for Disabled Association.

Join us on an exciting new ride to Mongolia with a chance to experience the local culture and visit the protected Przewalski horses at Khustai National Park.
There are only approximately 70 of these horses in Mongolia. This ride takes you through remote landscapes and wilderness areas to reach an exquisite lake rarely visited by travellers - ‘The Black Lake’. Our return journey takes in a trek to an ancient monastery far from civilisation. Throughout the trek you will be riding across varied terrain including rolling grasslands, through forests and over mountains. You will also be crossing rivers and valleys with plenty of wildlife to see such as eagles, marmots, wolves, lynx and red deer.

We invite you to bring your horse on holiday to our yard and home nestled below the North Downs.
We will take you out on three different day rides during your stay and provide food and accommodation for you and your horse throughout. All you need to do is turn up, saddle up and ride out. The rides will take you through beautiful valleys, forests and across wide-open downs in areas of outstanding natural beauty. Rides can be adapted for ‘veterans’ and the pace of the ride adjusted to suit the needs of the riders. |

| We are putting together a unique and exciting package which will take you to Austria to see the spectacular Lipizzaner horses. This will be a progressive itinerary so you will see the mares and foals at the famous Piber Stud in Graz, the training of the adult horses and then watch them perform at a show in Vienna. To finish the trip you will be able to visit the Spanish Riding School Museum and purchase authentic memorabilia. | Wyoming - Wyoming Cattle Roundup 23 – 3- September |
This ride is for guests who like an exciting challenge. Riders participate in a week’s roundup of cattle, taking on the role of the local cowboys gathering scattered cattle, driving them down the mountains from their summer pasture and sorting animals.
This work is varied and unpredictable and requires long hours in the saddle. The cattle are spread across 50sq miles of mountain, forests, clearings and river valleys. Guests will experience riding through grizzly bear country where you will encounter wild game such as elk, deer and mouse. Riders should be a minimum level of intermediate to advanced. |

Emma Getliffe (Director) has travelled extensively and ridden since a child. The passions for travel and horses has brought about the company which started with riders bringing their own horses on holiday to the North Downs in Kent where she takes them out on 3 day guided rides. She has taken numerous riding groups to South America, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Far East.
Charles Getliffe (Director) has also travelled worldwide and creates and organises a wide range of challenging adventures including bike rides, treks and horse treks. He is passionate about horses and provides solid grounding for the company and the team. Between them they have over 20 years experience in the travel industry. Home base is on the North Downs in Kent providing lovely riding for the UK rides.

Becky Richards has achieved a 2.1 BA Hons degree in Adventure Tourism Management at Birmingham University. Along with her passion for travel, she also has a passion for horses. Becky owns two horses and has competed in many competitions including area hunter trails and BSJA show jumping. Together she has combined horses and travel. Becky has led and guided the North Downs rides in Kent and has experienced riding in the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan. As well as her riding experiences she has also cycled across the Sinai desert.
Ros Humphreys has competed in endurance in the UK and also whilst living in South Africa, and for the last few years has ridden several horse trails worldwide - she thrives on longer rides, preferably camping in wide open places - Namibia and Mongolia being hot favourites! She has sound administration skills and hopes to combine this with her trail experience in assisting other riders to plan their riding holidays.
Nicky Adams - Nicky has extensive knowledge and experience of riding and working with horses. Her days at Pony Club soon progressed to riding racehorses in the USA and has since enjoyed several Point to Point rides in the UK. Nicky has escorted horse treks to Brazil and Rajasthan and has also visited the fantastic Dude Ranch in Arizona especially designed for the disabled. She currently rides out at a local racing yard before going to work as assistant Clerk of the Course at Lingfield Park Racecourse which she manages to juggle with her passion for travel. |
