Agricultural and rural steel equstrian buildings
We offer a range of buildings that can be adapted for various equestrian uses. External stables can be built into the wings, or the interior can be fitted out with spacious looseboxes. Other parts of the barn or shed can fitted out for tack rooms, offices, hay storage or under cover parking. Prices for finished buildings include plans and specifications generated by our Multibuild Computer Software Package which comply with all relevant codes as set down by Council and Statutory Authorities. A large range of standard colours are available so that your building can be personalised at no extra cost.

Garages and Sheds
We can supply a range of garages, car ports and sheds, which offer exceptional value for money while being constructed to the highest specification. All the buildings are engineer designed and most of those for residential use are supplied in easily transportable lengths which is useful when building in small areas and confined spaces. Self build kits are also available.

Our large range of industrial buildings feature full galvanised steel frameworks. Bays come in a choice of sizes, heights up to 6m and spans up to 30m. Buildings can be stepped and fitted with aluminium shop fronts, personal doors and windows, or with industrial roller shutters or roller doors. Most of our steel buildings feature Galvanised Portal Frame Systems for durability

DSD Buildings can offer solid wood log cabins to meet a range of domestic and commercial requirements: summer house; guest room; home office; garages; and houses with up to three or four bedrooms.

All the cabins are constructed from selected, kiln dried Nordic pine, the wood of choice because of its superior stability, limited shrinkage, light weight and beautiful grain. A comprehensive inspection process ensures that every new cabin is built from the highest quality and most environmentally sensitive materials available. The timber comes from sustainable sources with established replanting policies.

Wood is a natural insulation material, so our log cabins are extremely energy efficient. The thousands of tiny air pockets trapped in every square inch of the wood's structure slow the transfer of heat though the log, keeping the cabins warm in winter and cool in summer. All the doors are made of solid wood and the windows, whatever the style, come with thermal insulating glass.

Normally the client provides the foundations for log cabins, although we can help arrange the building of foundations if requested, by providing drawings with exact measurements. Our cabins are designed to adapt to any kind of conventional foundation including full basements, crawl spaces, concrete slabs or over pylons. Furnishings are also available to complement the ambiance of these stylis and tasteful cabins.

All our buildings are designed to comply with all relevant codes set down by Council and Statuatory Authorities. The plans and specifications generated by the Multibuild Computer Software Package comply with all these codes. Computer generated elevation drawings and specifications are available to submit for building approval.

The owner is responsible for all building permits, for space for unloading materials and for temporary power for our tools and equipment.

We can assist in applying for planning permission if this is required.
