Pawsawyle Cat Rescue
One of the best way of ridding your outbuildings or stables of vermin is to take on a couple of feral cats. The very presence of these cats is often enough to see the exit of vermin. All they need is to be fed twice a day and all your mouse problems will be over. It is far better and safer than using rat poison. Pawsawyle Cat Rescue is a small, privately-run concern, taking in and rehoming stray and abandoned cats and kittens and, on occasions, removing feral cats from a bad situation and relocating them at stables etc. Over the past seven years, we have relocated many feral cats and all, to our knowledge, have been successful. It is a fact that well fed cats are better hunters, so giving feral cats two square meals a day will mean they'll do an even better job. CAN YOU GIVE A FERAL CAT A HOME?
We have three very small young ferals who are desperate to get out of their environment. They are currently just 8 weeks old but unapproachable - we need to find someone who can take them on and contain them until they are ready for neutering which can be arranged, financially, through another centre.
Feral cats make excellent mousers. We have several young spayed and neutered feral cats needing homes where they can happily hunt rats and mice in exchange for a daily feed. For more than 30 years our nationwide army of volunteers have been finding loving homes for greyhounds (nearly 35,000 so far!). We rescue needy greyhounds and take care of them until appropriate homes can be found. We are the only National Charity which concentrates all its efforts on improving the lot of ex-racing greyhounds.
